Marisa joined Atlantic Retail with over a decade of experience spanning hospitality operations, restaurant construction, and commercial real estate. She specializes in tenant and landlord representation with a focus on food and beverage clients throughout New York City.

On the tenant side, Marisa has represented brands including Ippudo, QQ Nails & Spa, Yellow Rose, Bourke Street Bakery, and City Roots Hospitality. On the landlord side, her clients have included LaSalle, Barings, RFR, Hakimian Group, and Caiola Real Estate. She takes particular pride in working with women-led businesses and first-time restaurateurs.

Marisa grew up in California and now calls Brooklyn home, where she lives with her husband and dog. She enjoys exploring the city’s ever-changing restaurant scene and hiking on weekends.
